Wireless headphones (For taking on a walk to clear your mind, to listen to a mediation, or music during a workout. I have these exact ones. I’m a girl who looooves getting bang for her buck.)

Woman Code by Alisa Viti (This book is totally influential for women’s health. I’m obsessed with it and can’t wait to read it again. Seriously, that’s how good it is!)

Brooks sneakers (These sneaks are soooo lightweight and supportive! A total game changer for me.)
